{"id":1670,"date":"2016-06-06T14:22:47","date_gmt":"2016-06-06T12:22:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/orlov.creanet.sk\/spolupraca-so-skolami\/?lang=en"},"modified":"2021-01-25T12:24:37","modified_gmt":"2021-01-25T11:24:37","slug":"cooperate-with-schools","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/orlov.creanet.sk\/cooperate-with-schools\/?lang=en","title":{"rendered":"Cooperate with schools"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>By means of long-term planning in the field of human resources, we want to avoid turbulences in production caused by lack of labour, retirement and by natural fluctuation of employees.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>PRIMARY SCHOOLS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At meetings with parents, we propagate field of studies, in which the company is involved within dual education and programs, in which students can find jobs after graduation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>SECONDARY SCHOOLS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For students of secondary schools, we offer a possibility to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>participate at <strong>professional practical training<\/strong> experience corresponding to the field of study,<\/li>\n<li>to participate at <strong>excursions directly in the production <\/strong>(maximal number of 25 persons in one group),<\/li>\n<li>become involved in the <strong>system of dual education.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The main point of cooperation with secondary schools is a <strong>system of dual education<\/strong>. A dual education is a method of preparation for a job, which teaches students to turn theoretical knowledge to practical ones directly at the premises of the future employer; it brings higher level of readiness for job, faster acquiring of working habits and greater chance to be successful at the job market. The theoretical education will remain a part of learning at school, Since the second class, the practical preparation will take place in the company Tatravag\u00f3nka a.s. Poprad. Tatravag\u00f3nka a.s. <strong>provides the student with the following<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Company studentship after meeting the defined conditions,<\/li>\n<li>Payment for catering of students during practical lessons,<\/li>\n<li>Reward for productive work,<\/li>\n<li>Allowance for travel expenses for students from socially weaker families,<\/li>\n<li>Personal protective means.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tatravag\u00f3nka a. s. Poprad<\/strong> participates in the system of dual education since September 2016, and it guarantees certainty of future work for students included in the program. Secondary schools we signed contract on dual education with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Secondary technical school, Kuku\u010d\u00ednova 483\/12, Poprad (fields of study: metal working, programmer of machining and welding machines and devices, machine technician),<\/li>\n<li>Secondary electro-technical trade school, Hlavn\u00e1 1400\/1, Poprad-Matejovce (electro-mechanic \u2013 heavy-current technology, mechanic electro-technician).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tatravag\u00f3nka a. s. Poprad, Trebi\u0161ov plant<\/strong> is involved in the system of dual education with the Church secondary trade school of st. Jozafat, Komensk\u00e9ho 1963\/10, Trebi\u0161ov (field of study: machine technician).\u00a0More information on the dual education for the Trebi\u0161ov plant can be provided by Mgr. Anna Hni\u010f\u00e1kov\u00e1 (anna.hnidakova@tatravagonka.sk, 0908 676\u00a0806).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Application for participation in the dual education for the school year of 2020\/2021 shall be submitted until 15. 5. 2020.
